摘要: The purpose of this study is to present midterm results NexGen LPS (Zimmer, Warsaw) rotating platform total knee arthroplasty. A prospective consecutive series 50 primary replacements in 43 patients were clinically and radiographically evaluated at a mean follow-up 46.4 (range 30-78) months. There 12 men (30%) 31 women (70%) with an average age 72.3 years 55-85). All implants cruciate-substituting cemented. Patients assessed using the Knee Society Clinical Rating System Total Arthroplasty Roentgenographic Evaluation Scoring System. Pre-operatively, score was 50.7 points (SD 15.1) function 40.5 22.7). Post-operatively 91.6 6.5) 85.9 17.4). No sign component loosening or osteolysis could be identified. replacement design provided excellent mid-term clinical radiographical results.
