摘要: An in vitro cellular assay for bovine tuberculosis has recently been developed. This detects gamma-interferon released response to specific antigen a whole blood culture system. The bio-assay previously described the detection of (IFN-gamma) now replaced with sandwich enzyme immunoassay (EIA) which utilises two monoclonal antibodies IFN-gamma. EIA less than 25pg/ml recombinant IFN-gamma and is biologically active IFN-gamma; does not detect alpha or beta interferon. from sheep, goat buffalo, but pig, deer man, are also recognised by EIA. when used conjunction system resulted simple, rapid sensitive cell mediated immune responsiveness M. bovis infection cattle.
