摘要: Summary Objective In this study, the role of inflammation in traumatic heterotopic ossification around temporomandibular joint (THO-TMJ), as well preventive and treatment effect celecoxib THO-TMJ both vivo vitro were explored. Design A surgically-induced mouse model a co-culture ATDC-5 or MC3T3-E1 RAW-264.7 cells used study for research. Results series inflammatory factors, such CD3, CD68, CD20, IL-10, IL-6 TNF-α, activated 48 h after trauma model. Local initiated systemic responses T cell- macrophage-mediated local TMJ. addition, expression COX-2 was significantly elevated. The findings also showed that injection could effectively alleviate response TMJ at early stage inhibit formation vivo. Meanwhile, chondrogenic differentiation osteogenic under condition vitro. Furthermore, Bmpr1b injured condylar cartilage initiation THO-TMJ, which implied expressed by residual might be related to pathogenesis THO-TMJ. Conclusions Inflammation played crucial anti-inflammation possible choice provided scientific clues mechanisms, pharmacotherapy molecular intervention
