摘要: Abstract Results are reported of an epidemiological study which spanned ten years and was carried out in two French departments. A total 277 cases Hib disease occurring children 7 8 cases. Sequelae, were all related to meningitis, major 1.2% cases, severe 9% involved some hearing loss 3.3% The monitoring networks set up the departments characterized by sensitivities 87 94%, respectively. They should prove useful assessing impact vaccination, when large-scale implementation vaccination has spread both
