摘要: Abstract Since the 1960s Dipterocarp forests of Southeast Asia have become principal source tropical hardwood timber entering world trade. The transformation rain forest environment in Malay Peninsula and Borneo has generated increasing international local concern. After reviewing general issues, authors make use export data for Peninsular Malaysia each political unit island to provide a consistent around which events can be described analysed.
