摘要: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by distinct behavioral and cognitive deficits that differ from those observed in normal aging. Transgenic models of AD are a promising tool understanding the underlying mechanisms cause disease. The triple-transgenic mouse model (3xTg-AD) only to exhibit both Abeta tau pathology characteristic human form. present study performance 3xTg-AD mice on several tasks measuring ability. Aged females exhibited higher level fear anxiety demonstrated increased restlessness, startle responses, freezing behaviors. No differences were muscle strength visuo-motor coordination. Understanding manifestations occur this may aid early diagnosis appropriate treatment symptomology.
