摘要: Hepatoblastoma is the most common hepatic malignancy in children, accounting for approximately 80% of all childhood liver tumors. KRAS and NRAS, members RAS gene family, are closely linked to tumorigenesis, frequently mutated a variety malignancies. They may thus play critical roles tumorigenesis. However, there few studies on association between polymorphisms risk hepatoblastoma. We investigated whether at these genes associated with hepatoblastoma susceptibility hospital-based study 213 affected Chinese children 958 cancer-free controls. Genotypes were determined by TaqMan assay, was assessed based odds ratios 95% confidence intervals. No significant differences observed patients controls terms age gender frequency.
