摘要: Aging is a multifactorial phenomenon. Several clinical conditions directly related to lipid metabolism that induces hypertriglycemia, hypercholesterolemia, and cardiovascular disease occur during aging. Attention has been focused on possible intervention strategies control serum levels. Phytic acid plant component in most grains the main source of energy intake for aged, its antioxidant antinutrient effects have reported. However, effect aged model not evaluated. This study was carried out investigate phytic hepatic levels mice. A total 40 ICR male mice were fed purified diets supplemented with 0% (P0), 0.5% (P5), 1.0% (P10), 1.5% (P15) sodium phytate 12 weeks. There no significant differences food intake, body weight, organ weight among experimental groups. The concentrations low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triacylglycerol, apparent absorption rates cholesterol lower P15 group than P0 group. Serum high-density all groups phytate-containing higher severity fatty liver decreased as percentage diet increased. amounts fecal lipid, triacyglycerol, P10 These results suggested affect by increasing their content. Consuming phytate-rich foods may reduce aged.
