摘要: The lack of responsiveness to self and non-self Ags is normally maintained by multiple mechanisms, including the suppressive activities several T cell subsets. In this study, we show that CD8+ cells from both adult peripheral blood umbilical cord mononuclear constitutively expressing HLA-DR represent a natural human regulatory subset. Their effect appears be cell-to-cell contact dependent may involve CTLA-4 signaling between neighboring cells. These can expanded in vitro exhibit capacity similar observed ex vivo CD8+HLA-DR+ high frequency detected patients with non–small lung cancer deserves further work confirm their putative suppressor within tumor.
