摘要: Fe and Cu could represent dietary risk factors for Alzheimer's disease (AD), which has become a global health concern. To establish the relationship between diets high in cognitive decline or AD, we have conducted systematic review of literature (up to January 2011). We identified two meta-analyses, reviews, eleven placebo-controlled trials, five observational studies, forty-five case-control thirty autopsy uncontrolled one case report. There were interventional trials that tried either supplement deplete Cu, but none them provided clear evidence beneficial effect on performance patients with AD. The prospective studies revealed an association diet simultaneously SFA decline. Case-control showed elevated levels brains AD patients, whereas was less consistent Cu. In most concentrations unchanged cerebrospinal fluid brain increased serum. conclusion, existing data suggest excessive together intake SFA, should be avoided elderly who are not at anaemia. Basic and, building this, clinical investigations needed further elucidate patterns patient groups Fe- Cu-rich might foster developing
