摘要: Gliomas represent the most common primary intracranial tumors. The aggressive clinical behavior of these tumors stems from highly invasive properties neoplastic glial cells. Fundamental to development an effective treatment is need therapeutically target this potential. Research into mechanisms invasion imperative better understand various biological processes that could be targeted treat invading glioma Such research ideally conducted with reliable and relevant models. We describe some commonly used models in research. Each model has its benefits drawbacks nature experiments being will help choose type suitable.
