摘要: The aim of this study was to examine the range sensitivity a panel short-term cultures derived from different types malignant childhood brain tumours including medulloblastoma, ependymoma and glioblastoma multiforme three cytotoxic drugs, lomustine (CCNU), vincristine (VCR) procarbazine (PCB). Sensitivity assessed using modification dimethylthiazolyl-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Short-term cell lines ependymomas were considerably more resistant VCR than other tumours, while supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumour (PNET) displayed marked both VCR. Cultures ependymomas, medulloblastoma astrocytic gliomas had similar PCB as adult astrocytoma.
