摘要: In this study, we determined the expression of key signalling pathway proteins TP53, MDM2, P21, AKT, PTEN, RB1, P16, MTOR and MAPK in canine gliomas using western blotting. Protein was defined three astrocytic glioma cell lines treated with CCNU, temozolamide or CPT-11 further evaluated 22 spontaneous including high low grade astrocytomas, oligodendrogliomas mixed oligoastrocytomas. Response to chemotherapeutic agents survival were similar that reported human lines. Alterations gliomagenesis common tumour samples segregated between oligodendroglial types for some pathways. Both similarities differences protein compared those counterparts. The findings may inform more assessment specific pathways targeted therapy gliomas.
