摘要: The gliomas are a large group of brain tumors and Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) is the most common lethal primary central nervous system tumor in adults. Despite recent advances treatment modalities, GBM patients generally respond poorly to all therapeutic approaches prognosis remain dismal. Gaining insights into pathways that determine this poor response generation more relevant animal models recapitulate patient’s will be instrumental for elaboration new modalities.
