摘要: Canine brain tumours are becoming established as naturally occurring models of disease to advance diagnostic and therapeutic understanding successfully. The size structure the dog's brain, histopathology molecular characteristics canine tumours, well presence an intact immune system, all support potential success this model. limited current regimens such surgery radiation for dogs with intracranial means that there can be tremendous mutual benefit from collaboration our human counterparts resulting in development new treatments. similarities differences between diseases described article, emphasizing both importance limitations canines tumour research.
