摘要: Cyclin D1, encoded by the gene CCND1, is a regulatory protein in cell cycle transition from G1 phase to S phase. A common polymorphism (G870A) exon 4 of CCND1 affects splicing transcript and may cause uncontrollable cellular growth. Therefore, G870A influence an individual’s susceptibility development certain tumors. The present study was performed test association between hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) risk Chinese population. We extracted peripheral blood samples 220 patients with HCC age- gender-matched healthy controls. polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length (PCR-RFLP) analysis direct DNA sequencing were detect polymorphism. genotype distribution among not significantly different that controls (P = 0.08).
