摘要: The purpose of this article is to analyse and describe the extreme characteristics water levels illustrate them as topography sea surface along whole Baltic Sea coast. general pattern show maxima minima extent their variations in period from 1960 2010. A probability analysis carried out on annual level for 31 gauges order define occurrence theoretical once a specific number years. spatial distribution hundred-year maximum minimum illustrated. Then, storm surges accepted criteria are presented: these numbers increased 50-year analysed. final part work analyses some events calculates static value dynamic deformation by mesoscale, deep low-pressure systems.
