摘要: Abstract An attempt to prevent irradiation-induced thymic lymphomas in C57BL mice was made by inducing active immunity endogenous type-C virus with inactivated Rauscher murine leukemia (MuLV) or Gross MuLV transferring passive goat anti-Gross IgG. Control groups received the following immunogen treatment: simian sarcoma virus, complete Freund's adjuvant, normal IgG, and diluent, both irradiated nonirradiated Active 70,000 molecular weight glycoprotein AKR-gp70 immunization transfer of anti-Gross-MuLV IgG measurable throughout some latent period tumor development; these two a significant reduction incidence observed, as compared other experimental control groups. Thus, present findings support concept etiology leukemias demonstrate applicability immunologic techniques directed against prevention this disease.
