摘要: To gain insight into the long-term effect of interferon-alpha (IFN-alpha) therapy on hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA-positive hemodialysis patients, 23 subjects were given 3 MU IFN-alpha times a week for 6 (n = 12) or 12 months 11). They followed 19 after cessation therapy. Sustained serum HCV RNA clearance occurred in 42% patients treated and 64% those months. was eradicated from 13 infected with genotype 1b 2 also G virus. remained undetectable both liver biopsy who cadaveric kidney transplants treatment. These data suggest that dialysis can be considered treatment while receiving dialysis, particularly awaiting transplant.
