摘要: Mutations in the tumour suppressor gene TP53 occur about 30% of breast cancers. We have used IARC mutation database to analyse pattern mutations cancers (1392 mutations). The global is similar one most other cancers, but there an excess transversions on G bases tumours from Western (USA and Europe) as compared Eastern (Japan) countries. Moreover, patterns inherited associated with cancer, differ those somatic mutations. These differences support hypothesis that a fraction cancer consequence environmental exposures.
