摘要: Abstract The development of antibiotic resistant in K. pneumoniae is an emerging thread worldwide due to the poor antimicrobial drugs. To overcome this issue, researchers are focused on plant material and their essential oils fight against multi drug bacteria. In context, current study was concentrated medicinal guva leaves combat bacterial infections. were successfully screened confirmed by HRLC-MS analysis. anti-bacterial ability compounds loaded into chitosan nanoparticles proved FT-IR addition, morphology compared with alone SEM analysis suggested that successfully. Further, primarily agar well diffusion method. At 100 µg/mL lowest concentration oils, multi-drug inhibited 96% minimum inhibition experiment. Hence, all experiments nanoparticles, it has more activity pneumoniae.
