摘要: Assuming that aging of polymeric insulation consists irreversible chemical-physical and microstructural modifications, effective ageing markers could be achieved from measurements properties, which should vary with material microstructure. Among these properties this paper focuses on the estimation apparent trap-controlled mobility trap distribution, based results space charge measurements. The depolarization characteristic obtained recording magnitude when, after poling, electric field is removed electrodes are short-circuited grounded, experimental reference for application expressions depth calculation derived in paper. A simple relationship proposed mobility, affected by significant approximations, but can applied successfully characterization investigation. It to coming carried out pulsed electroacoustic (PEA) technique cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) specimens, unaged aged, cut high-voltage cables. distribution calculated same material, cross-correlated estimates, revealing good agreement. Both reveal noticeable modifications aging. methodology permits finding information trapping/detrapping processes materials, using a procedure, as well extract quantities seem very attractive markers.
