摘要: This contribution is to discuss key elements of the intracellular signaling cascades that bring about cellular transformation referred as epithelium-to-mesenchyme transition (EMT). EMT can be defined events allows epithelial cells dissociate from tissue which they originate and migrate freely. therefore thought play a fundamental role during early steps invasion metastasis carcinoma cells. Among biological agents have been identified inducers are number cytokines extracellular matrix macromolecules. The coordinated changes in cell morphology, associated with induction motility disruption intercellular junctions, consequence emanating activation receptors specific for inducing molecules leading gene expression. Two transduction crucial generation EMT, namely Src kinase family Ras signal, discussed extensively respect their scattering signals.
