摘要: Electrical conduction in amorphous solids containing both localized and extended states is examined. It shown that even where there a continuous distribution of need not be change the energy at which dominant part current flows, as function temperature. This gives rise to concept regions limited flow under equilibrium conditions. Conversely, it flow, activation energy, can used characterize local product state density mobility.
