摘要: Summary Background: The efficacy of dietary supplements in chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is uncertain, with conflicting evidence. Aim: To assess the effect a polynutrient supplement on and physical activity patients CFS. Design: Prospective randomized placebo-controlled, double-blind trial.
