摘要: Introduction: An unusual incidence of tuberculosis in different parts the body is called tuberculomas. The rate brain rare. Case Presentation: following case tuberculamas brain, presented by enhancing rings meninges, reported because its rarity. It was a tuberculomas 15-year-old girl with primary symptoms headache and general weakness, no signs pulmonary infection. Discussion: subject underwent computerized tomography (CT) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) brain. Microbiological tests (acid fast bacilli smear-AFB, culture biopsy specimen) were applied subsequently. According to results, problem diagnosed as After operation she completely treated anti-TB drugs. Although rare, it on basis histopathology patient's successful response anti-tuberculous drug treatment.
