摘要: The evidence for the cardioprotective nature of omega-3 fatty acids is abundant, and currently available data indicate that patients with known coronary heart disease should consume at least 1 g daily long-chain from either oily fish or fish-oil supplements, individuals without 250-500 mg daily. However, this area research poses two questions. Firstly, which best source acids-fish supplements? Secondly, are recommendations supplementation warranted in view rapid depletion world stocks? argument eating better than taking supplements stems fact several important nutrients, such as vitamin D, selenium, antioxidants, missing supplements. three major prevention trials have clearly indicated acid capsules confer cardiovascular benefits and, therefore, both cardioprotective. Sustainable sources will need to be identified if long-term risk reduction achieved population level.
