摘要: We report here the room temperature ferromagnetic ordering in spray-pyrolized polycrystalline thin films of Ti1−xCoxO2 (x = 0, 0.025, 0.05 and 0.10). The saturation magnetic moment these with x 0.10 is estimated to be 0.28 0.38µB/Co, respectively. ambient air employed present case spray pyrolysis process resulted possessing very high resistivity values (∼10 7 cm). This contrast deposited by vacuum based techniques, which are relatively conducting. While pristine TiO2 film exhibited anatase phase, rutile phase also evolved an increase Co concentration films. X-ray diffractograms could not reveal segregation atoms matrix; also, no formation any oxide cobalt was detected. photoelectron spectroscopic investigation established cations bivalent, suggests that +2 substituting Ti +4 matrix. Due highly resistive nature films, observed ferromagnetism attributed either bound polarons or defect mediated ordering.
