摘要: This work describes the construction and characterization of a sequence characterized amplified DNA region (SCAR DNA), designated OmyP9, that was derived from RAPD marker associated with sex chromosomes in rainbow trout. A RsaI restriction fragment length polymorphism OmyP9 identifies variants A, B C. We found six variant phenotypes – B, C, AB, BC ABC, 186 individuals seven different trout strains. The patterns inheritance 139 fingerlings 10 crosses three strains were studied. males had greater representation (93.3%) suggesting an association Y chromosome. All male analysed inherited their parents. These results support hypothesis is located on trout, for studied chromosome close to determinants and/or sector where genetic recombination between X restricted. present evidence also supports our previous organized as tandem repeated feel can be used identification it possible determine phenotype
