摘要: The transcription unit of human interferon-β1 (IFN-β1) mRNA was examined by chain elongation nascent RNA in isolated nuclei fibroblasts and lymphoid cells induced to produce IFN. In fibroblasts, proceeds beyond 2,400 nucleotides downstream from the poly(A) site mature appears terminate region rich Alu sequences. Northern hybridization showed presence a minor polyadenylated species, about 3,200 long, that hybridized probes derived 3′-flanking regions IFN-β1 mRNA. S1 nuclease analysis established this long transcript represents mixture three molecules with defined 3′ termini. all mRNAs, as mRNA, polyadenylation located within few AAUAAA hexanucleotide consensus sequence.
