摘要: Abstract Background and Aim Patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) are at increased risk of colon cancer. The aim this study was to determine the natural history LGD its progression high grade dysplasia (HGD)/colorectal cancer (CRC) in PSC–UC patients. Methods Ten patients who underwent surveillance colonoscopy from 1996 2011 were evaluated. Raised defined as a discrete raised lesion located an area involved by either quiescent or active that endoscopically resected, while flat absence documentation lesion.
