摘要: There are many types of ANA and they may react with different nuclear components varying from nucleic acids to both basic acidic proteins. Recent investigations have demonstrated that it is important not only detect the presence quantity ANA, but also identify immunologic specificities in a given patient. The specific identification specificity helps diagnosis management therapy various rheumatic diseases. In recent years, much progress has been made improvements sensitivity, specificity, quality control clinical laboratory tests for detection quantitation ANAs. Distinct profiles characterize A number ANAs found SLE, whereas other diseases characterized by or absence certain differences mean titers. Specific used isolate antigens at molecular functional levels.
