摘要: Abstract This paper presents a multiyear dynamic transmission expansion planning, TEP, model aiming at minimizing operation and investment costs along the entire planning horizon while ensuring an adequate quality of service enforcing constraints modeling network horizon. The developed profits from experience planners when preparing list possible branch (lines transformers) additions each them associated to corresponding cost. objective solving TEP problem is select number elements this provide its scheduling such that one facing mixed integer optimization problem. In case, was solved using discrete evolutionary particle swarm algorithm, DEPSO, based on already reported EPSO approaches but particularly suited treat problems. Apart detailing describes mathematical formulation adopted solution algorithm. It also includes results application DEPSO two test networks widely used by other researchers area.
