摘要: Construction of 3D tissues by various types cells with specific characteristics is an important and fundamental technology in tissue reconstruction medicine animal-free diagnosis system. To do so, excellent extracellular matrix (ECM) needed for encapsulation maintaining cell activity. Spontaneously forming hydrogel used complexation between two water-soluble polymers, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine polymer bearing phenylboronic acid groups poly(vinyl alcohol). Two cytokines proliferation are immobilized the to control activities encapsulated cells. The cytokine-immobilized can encapsulate both L929 fibroblasts normal human dermal under mild condition. physical properties follow process secrete ECM networks upon culturing 7 days. Consequently, tissue-mimicking hybrid hydrogels fabricated successfully.
