摘要: Protein microarrays provide an efficient method to immunoprofile patients in effort rapidly identify disease immunosignatures. The validity of using autoantibodies diagnosis has been demonstrated type 1 diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus, is now being strongly considered cancer. Several types protein exist including antibody antigen arrays. In this chapter, we describe the immunoprofiling application for one array called NAPPA (nucleic acids programmable array). We a guideline setting up screening study designing arrays maximize likelihood obtaining quality data.
