摘要: Unlike the adult form, childhood celiac disease has not hitherto been associated with a particular endoscopic pattern. The upper gastrointestinal tracts of 46 children various stages and 27 conditions other than were examined by an endoscopist unaware clinical details patients. scalloped configuration duodenal folds was shown to have sensitivity 88% specificity 87% in diagnosis subtotal villus atrophy. Attention this finding, described here for first time disease, may be helpful condition.
