摘要: This study evaluated the effect of water extracts Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer (PG), panaxadiol (PD), panaxatriol (PT), ginsenoside Rb1, Rb2, Rc, Rd, Re and Rg1 on jejunal crypt survival, endogenous spleen colony formation apoptosis in cells gamma-irradiated mice. Jejunal crypts were protected by pretreatment with PG, Rc Rd. Administration PD, Rd prior to irradiation resulted an increase colonies. The frequency radiation-induced intestinal was also reduced Rg1. In experiments effects individual ginsenosides, rank order activity > Rb2 Rb1 survival assay, inhibiting death caused apoptosis. results indicated that may have a major radioprotective mice irradiated high low doses radiation. When same performed using PD PT, it observed most inhibitory came from rather than PT. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
