摘要: Abstract (1) Animal models of alcoholism which fulfill the pharmacological criteria addiction, tolerance and physical dependence, have been developed only recently. (2) Both (forced alcohol administration) behavioral (self-administration) are now possible in rodents primates. (3) The relative advantages disadvantages depends on types questions to be investigated. (4) It is examine neurophysiological, endocrinological, biochemical correlates development addiction study withdrawal syndrome experiments neither feasible nor ethical man.
