Unit-Dose Assay of Tropine Alkaloids and Their Synthetic Analogs

摘要: A charge-transfer spectrophotometric method was developed for unit-dose assay of the tropine alkaloids and some their synthetic analogs. The high molar absorptivities bands with iodine in ethylene di-chloride resulted improved recoveries good precision, particularly at low dose levels pediatric hypodermic tablets.
