Effect of Annealing temperature on the Structural and Magnetic Properties of TbxY3-xFe5O12(x = 0.0, 1.0, 2.0) Thin Films Prepared by Sol-Gel Process

摘要: Thin films nanoparticles TbxY3-xFe5O12 (x=0.0, 1.0, 2.0) were prepared by the sol-gel process followed annealing at various temperatures of 700° C, 800° C and 900° in air for 2 h. The results obtained from X-ray diffractometer (XRD) show that annealed below 900°C exhibit peaks garnet mixed with small amounts YFeO3 Fe2O3. Pure phase has been detected 900°C. Before amorphous structures. particles sizes measurement using field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) showed increased as temperature increased. magnetic properties measured room vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). saturation magnetization (Ms) also temperature. However, different behavior coercivity (Hc) observed was
