摘要: Abstract Dy3+-substituted garnet nanoparticles Y3−xDyxFe5O12 ( x = 0 , 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0) were fabricated by a sol–gel method their crystalline structures magnetic properties investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The XRD patterns of have only peaks the structure sizes particles range from 37 to 63 nm. Results VSM show that saturation magnetization ⩽ 1 ) is not obviously less than pure Yttrium iron garnet, but also decreases with increasing Dy concentration (x) in linear manner. Meanwhile, it observed enhancement surface spin effects, rises as particle size increased.
