摘要: The resuscitation of traumatic hemorrhagic shock has undergone a paradigm shift in the last 20 years with advent damage control (DCR). Major principles DCR include minimization crystalloid, permissive hypotension, transfusion balanced ratio blood products, and goal-directed correction coagulopathy. In particular, plasma replaced crystalloid as primary means for volume expansion shock. Predicting which patient will require by prompt accurate activation massive protocol, however, remains challenge.
