摘要: Alterations and personal variations of RNA interactions have been mechanistically coupled with disease etiology phenotypical variations. biomarkers, mimics, antagonists developed for diagnostic, prognostic, therapeutic uses. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) microRNAs (miRNAs) are two major types molecules regulatory roles, deregulation which has implicated in the initiation progression many human malignancies. Accumulating evidence indicated clinical roles cancer control, stimulating a surge exploring functionalities improved understanding on pathogenesis management. In this review, we highlight critical lncRNAs miRNAs played tumorigenesis, scrutinize their potential as diagnostic/prognostic biomarkers and/or targets clinics, outline opportunities that ncRNAs may bring to complement current practice management identify challenges faced by translating frontier knowledge (ncRNAs) bedside clinics well possible solutions.
