摘要: The nature of the role altered calcium (Ca) homeostasis in mammalian aging is far from clear. Although there growing evidence that age-related changes Ca occur, and may be present key physiological processes excitable tissues, experimental on these appears somewhat contradictory. In addition, it still remains to shown a primary causal factor some aspects aging, rather than secondary response more basic changes.
