摘要: Abstract The effect of the introduction arachidic acid into copper tetra-tert-butyl phthalocyanine (CuTTBPc) Langmuir–Blodgett films on their gas-sensing properties with respect to NO has been studied. It found that electrical responses two-component are fully reversible at 40°C, whereas one-component ones made up pure CuTTBPc have be operated about 150°C achieve acceptable response kinetics. This advantage mixed is offset by annealing for 3 h. CuTTBPc:arachidic molar ratio lies in range from 1:1 1:5 compromise between kinetics and sensitivity sensors. Using gas diffusion model, an interpretation studied sensors given. most probable explanation hole-like defects, existing matrix, responsible drastic changes
