摘要: In this review, we summarized the modern concepts on association between a cognitive deficit in schizophrenia and alterations of functional activities different neuromediator systems. We analyzed experimental data roles monoaminergic, aminoacidergic, cholinergic systems brain mechanisms attention executive functions, as well disturbances these processes that occur patients with schizophrenia. Special is paid to neurotransmission prefrontal cortex striatum. show high probability determined by individual profile processes. Identification at level may be used for formation complex selective strategy directed maintenance recovery including both pharmacotherapy non-drug methods treatment.
