摘要: The incorporation of different concentrations polymeric nanocapsule suspensions into chitosan hydrogels is proposed, in order to study the structure a formulation with properties great tissue adhesion and controlled release nanoencapsulated drugs, represented here by capsaicinoids. gels presented acceptable acid pH values nanoparticles were visually observed system. A transition from micrometer nanometer scales suggested that nanocapsules are initially agglomerated hydrogel. sedimentation tendency system was only physical interaction between chains verified. hydrogels, despite presence nanocapsules, shear-thinning an elastic behavior under low high frequencies, showing very structured gel network. variation elasticity may arise decrease number interactions degree entanglement chains, caused nanoparticles.
