摘要: To determine if any nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) was superior in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, duration use each employed as a measure combined efficacy and tolerability. Duration treated survival data proportional hazards model utilized to adjust for differences disease severity concomitant antirheumatic therapy. One hundred sixteen patients took 188 courses nonsalicylate NSAID during 3-year study period. The prescribed included naproxen, ibuprofen, sulindac, indomethacin, piroxicam, tolmetin. Naproxen used significantly longer than other (p less 0.001).
