摘要: Discoidin domain receptor 1 (DDR1) is expressed in myelin oligodendrocytes and co-localizes with basic protein (MBP). Alternative splicing of DDR1 generates five isoforms designated DDR1a-e. The MBP mRNA contains an hnRNP A2 response element (A2RE) sequence that recognized by heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) A2/B1, which responsible for transport the to oligodendrocyte processes. We hypothesized could have a functional A2RE sequence. By silico analysis, we identified A2RE-like human mRNA. observed dendrite cytoplasmic immunofluorescence, indicating A2/B1 co-localize differentiated HOG16 cells. single nucleotide polymorphism rs2267641, found brain, minor allele associated lower higher levels DDR1b DDR1c expression, respectively. Moreover, positive correlation between genes myelin-associated glycoprotein lineage transcription factor 2 was found. Differentiated cells transfected siRNA simultaneously show decrease increase expression levels, respectively, accompanied at edges. These results suggest functionally involved A2/B1-mediated
