摘要: Abstract Thyroid cancer, the most common primary endocrine malignancy in adult, imperatively requires new therapeutic studies that could target molecular regulatory mechanism. Even though emerging evidence showed long noncoding RNAs (Lnc-RNAs) are involved different biological characteristic of malignant tumor, such as cell growth and apoptosis well cancer progression metastasis. Limited data available on function Lnc-RNAs thyroid invasion Among 5 tested lnc-RNAs , present study demonstrates MEG3 was significantly down-regulated papillary carcinoma (PTC) tissues with lymph-node metastasis than cancer. Moreover, down- regulated associated Over-expression strongly inhibit migration TPC-1 HTH83 lines. In addition, we also Rac1 negatively by lncRNA-MEG3 at posttranscriptional level, via a specific site within 3΄UTR dual luciferase reporter assay. The expression inversely correlated PTC tissues. Thus, this suggests acts novel suppressor targeting gene.
